WHY SKYWEST?
Imagine a job you love that also gives you access to over 150 cities across North America, Canada, and Mexico! What if that job were located in the beautiful backdrop of Santa Barbara, California (Maui on the Mainland), or resort-town-for-the-stars, Sun Valley, Idaho? Perhaps a bigger city is more your style? How about Salt Lake City, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Denver, Los Angeles or Chicago? With SkyWest in cities across the country, the possibilities are boundless really – a bit like SkyWest's culture.

Each day SkyWest moves more than 60,000 travelers to destinations across North America. Although our system spans from coast to coast, our workforce is even more diverse than our route map. At SkyWest, more than 11,000 employees join together for one common goal – taking people where they want to go.

Maybe it’s just the miracle of flight. Then again, it could be the access to resorts, helicopter rides, cruises, hotels, and yes (even FREE) travel throughout the world, not to mention 401(k), Performance Rewards, healthcare, retirement and much more.

Some claim it’s more than 35 years of commitment to excellence that attracted them to SkyWest – rising not only to the challenges of the day, but facing them head on and leading the industry in performance and quality. True, we’re known for our operational and fiscal savvy, but the essence of SkyWest’s success has always been its people.

The aviation industry has seen its share of hardships, and with them we continue to change and evolve. But it’s obvious to those both inside and outside our team, something’s different at SkyWest. We continue to not only “weather the storm,” but change the winds for our direction! While some call it work, we call it culture. Our people love the work they do and those they work with – customers and co-workers.

Now it’s up to you to decide where you want to go today. Whether your direction is north, south, or a change in careers, SkyWest can take you there.
